or death. Right now my family has given me the authority to do everything
possible to get the consignment out as this is the only hope we have now
to bring the family out of its present poor financial state.
I am therefore soliciting your help to have this consignment collected
by you and the funds transferred into your account. I will give you all
the necessary documentations to facilitate your collection of the consignment
personally.The government has no or will never have knowledge of this business,
so there is no need to be worried about your safety. I guarantee you your
safety.Once I have your complete assurance that you can handle this, I will
immediately send to you the relevant documents that will enable you take
possession of the consignments. This will include certificate of deposit
and shipment airway bill and all other relevant documents.
However, in return for all your assistance we have decided to offer you
15% of the total amount of money as your share and 5% for all your expenses

I did not say you are crazy, it seems you do not understand how this is
done. My funds is in a finance house which was deposited by my late father
Jonas Savimbi in the year 2001 oct 27th, which is still in the finance house
till date. Normally I am suppose to go over to their office in the Netherlands
my self for identification purpose and to sing the release order forms before
the funds can be released to me but if you go through my very first mail
Nash you will see that my traveling out of my locality right now is very
impossible since the Angolan Govt. is still carrying out their investigation
on my family to make sure every money left behind by my late father is retrived
since they claim that my late father acquired his wealth from the Angolan
treasury which is not true. So with this development they have been able
to get most of the funds already this is the funds where deposited in banks
but as for this very one it is not in a bank like the others already retrived
this is why I have the confidence that they can not get hold on this one
since it is not in a bank.
Be informed that the finance house have their layed down policy which they
operate with this is why we have to follow their procedures by applying
for the funds to be transfered since I can not appear in their office in
person, so after my explanation the director now asked me to put it in writing
and send to them which I did and my request for the transfer of the funds
was granted in November 18th 2003 so I was asked to provide an account and
formally make any application to that effect so that they can act upon my
request. Nash this is the situation and we must have to follow their directives
in this to earn a timely completion.
I got the approval about 10mins ago from the director regarding my application
for the transfer of the funds into your account as my family representative
so I decided to write you immediately to inform you of the development but
to my surprise I am very worried with the way you are taking this matter
now.
