Dear Sir,

INVESTMENT OFFER

In appreciation of your esteemed contact received through a reliable source and the choice of your country I wish to introduce myself, I am Idris Victor Kabila
the son of the late Democratic Republic of Congo President Laurent Desire Kabila of the blessed memory.  I know this letter might come to you as a surprise but I honestly do not intend to surprise you.  I write this letter in respect of my intention to invest the sum of US$65M (Sixty Five Million united State Dollars) with you.  I inherited this money from my mother.  This money was got through the smuggling and sale of Diamond and Timber when my father was the head of state.  My mother though not her legal wife used her privilege position to engage in the business of Diamond and timber since she knows that her survival will depend on how much she can get out of the privilege situation.

When my father was assassinated on 16th January 01 by one of his bodyguards Lt. Rashidi Kasereke through the conspiracy of some top army officers that wanted to topple him I escaped to South Africa because of the fear that I might be arrested by my half brother Lt. General Joseph Kabila the present head of state.  Actually his mother and my mother are not in the best of relationship because of who among them will be the first lady tussle and this ultimately affected us their children.

Considering the relationship between South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo new government, my mother advised me to leave for South Africa for security reason, while the funds were deposited with a security Company.

On getting to South Africa where I have been living since then as a political refugee I am seeking for a reliable foreigner who can assist me in moving this money out for safe banking and profitable investment.  Honestly I contacted you because I don't want to invest this money in South Africa due to my status here as a political Refugee.  And moreover I wouldn't want to take risk because this money is all that I and my mother is depending on because my half brother has seized all my father's assets and money and left I and my mother empty handed without knowing about this funds deposited at the security company in Accra Ghana so that is why I decided that investing this money abroad should be the best investment for me.  I will be honoured if I can be given the privilege of investing this money with your help.

In view of this plight, I expect you to be trustworthy and kind enough to respond to this distress call to save my mother and I from a hopeless future.   And if you agree, I hereby agree to compensate your sincere and candid effort in this regard with 30% of the total money and annual 5% of the after tax returns on investment for the first three years.  Thereafter, the term shall be varied.  5% for expenses, which may arise during the transaction, fax and phone bills inclusive $65 million US dollars.  When the money ($65 million) is moved into your discrete account, you will be allowed to draw 30% your favor, while the remaining 60% will be invested meaningfully for our future if possible in your area of business and deterrents sectors of the Economy in your country which are dividends yielding.

Whatever your decision is please reach me immediately through my Email: (kabilaidris5@mail.com), and keep this letter tight secret for the interest of my family.

Best regards.

Mr Kabila

I am very sorry but I can not help you , because I can not be sure that this what you are writting is the truth, the only truth and nothing but the truth because I Mr Joseph Johnson disapiered after I gave to him 18500 euro in Amsterdam. May be something happened to him, but now, as much as I want to go into this business with you, because it offers a good opportunity for me as well, I can not be sure about everything, and I am afraid that it may happen again. The money I lost is not big, but I still do not like to feel stupid. Can you assure me that you are not going to disapier?

Nash.

Mr Kabila,

You told me that you are good...I am sorry that I am still worried, because....
very similar words were written to me by Mr Johnson, everything sounded logical,
and he was promising money for me, also good (not as good 20% of 15.500000$).
But he dissapiered in Amsterdam, after I Gave him the 18.500 euro for the paying fee
in the security company. I repeat, I do not know if something happened to him,
but I fell cheated.

How do I know this is not going to happen to you?

Dear Nash,
Thanks for your mail, please have it in mind that nobody is trying to cheat you. what I need from you is to help me open a non residential domiciliary transit bank account, so that we will lodge the money into the account after collecting it from the security company and subsequentry transfarring it to your country. Hence the money is still yours, you can withdraw it any time you like. So know body is running away with your money.
However, I want to know when you are likely to be in Accra Ghana for us to conclude this transaction.
I need your private phone number so that we can talk on phone.

Idris Kabila.

Dear Mr. Kabila Idris,

I am really glad that you assure me that I am not going to be cheated, no money needed.
I do not understand you when you say Accra Ghana. I know of a small caffeteria in Psirri here in Athens, but I believe you did not mean that place, you probably want me to travel somewhere in Africa or Asia. I must tell you that I am not ready to do that trip because of the danger of the SARS virus. Why don't you come to Athens and be my guest, and we can go to the bank that I trust to do my bussinesses with, LAIKI bank. We had no cases of SARS here, don't you worry. I can also promise to you a nice short hollidays at the island of Spetses, where I have my old family house, and where my late father had the best bakery on the island. You may bring MRS Kabila as well and we can spend few days on the beach, after we conclude our business. Or before, as you wish. What do you say?
If you want to talk abaut all this, call me at  X (my griend Lui's number, he recently made some good jokes on me and, if it happens this is a small revenge), My assistant Louisie will answer, and if you say you are Mr. Idris, calling from Africa, and say the password I-Dee-Gah-Mee-Sou (this means fuck you in Greek) you'l be transfered to me immidiatelly, without delay, otherwise she may put you on hold!
I don't care so much for the money, but We need to be carefull!
Please writte soon. Or call!

I wish you the welth of Golia and the luck of Lerma, for seven years, as in the story for people to say about for long time to come.

Mr Nash Chovek of Prnjavor

Dear Nash,

Thanks for your email, I have call your on phone many time today but nobody was answering.

However, I think it is important that you come to Accra Ghana for us meet and take delivery of the money. It will provide an opportunity for us to meet in person and for me to see face to face with the person that I am intrusting my money to. Since the money is in Accra Ghana, I don?t think it is wise for us to meet in Athens, while we are suppose to meet and take delivery were the money is.

Furthermore, there is no SARS in Accra Ghana West Africa. The world health organization (WHO) did not include Ghana as SARS infested country and there is know epidemic of any kind in Ghana. You only find SARS in Asia and some American country.

If you can just make up your mind, lets conclude this business once. I know why you are so reluctant in doing the business; it is because of your experience in Amsterdam. But you should not dwell in the past for the future is better; I believe that the good God wants to reward you with this transaction.

Regards,

Idris Kabila.

Dear Idris,
Thank you for your assurance.
At the moment there's no chance
for travelling because I am a citisen
of Serbia, and we need visa for
practically every country. I need a very high connecting
to get it, as I did when I went to Amsterdam.
May be you can send me a letter of invitation, as a guarantee,
so I can get visa for travelling?
I am looking forward to your answer. Nash

Dear Idris,

Thanks for your e-mail, you are very kind person, and I really hope everything goes well and you get the money yuo deserve.
You seem to be in rush and you did not understand my promblem. Allthough I was born here, Iam a proud Serbian man, that is what I learned from my late father, who never took the Greek citizenship. Following him neither did I. The business went well and we did not need it. Since the bombing of Yugoslavia my country is blacklisted, and it is difficult to get the visa for traveling. I managed to get visa for Holland using a friend on a high place. Unfortunately this friend got married, and does not want to see me for the time she is on her honeymoods. Recently I had to go for a deal of a development program to Newcastle, but I could not get visa in time, I had to wait 1,5 month, so everything was lost!!!

So, now I should either go to Belgrade to get visa for Ghana, and I'll be going there anyway on the coming weekend. I really can not go there before because I On Thursday I am going on a 2 days business trip to meet Mr Joseph Mobutu Sase Seko for a deal. If everything goes well, I'll be back in Athens Friday night, Saturday morning I'll fly to Belgrade, arrange repairing  and possible sale of our family's business there, get the visa in the ambassy of Ghana there, and then bring my brother and mother with me to Athens. If there is a direct flight from Athens to Ghana, I may be on Tuesday earliest, and thursday latest, there with you. Please inform me where should I exactly travel to and when do you prefer me to come!

I am looking forward to your answer, please writte soon. Nash

PS     Do I need extra money apart from the regular expenses when I come?
PS2   Please do not worry for visa, I am sure I can get it there, because I know all the right people there, And a close friend of mine is a vice minister for the foreign affairs.

Dear Nash,

Thanks for you mail, I want you to give me another phone number for me to contact you. Preferably your direct line, because I have being calling the other phone number you gave to me and nobody was picking it up. Also you are the one that is suppose to send your picture to me because I am the one that is going to wait for you at the airport. I don?t have a scanner for me to scan my picture and send to you.

Furthermore, I have told you that you are not going to spend any money in this transaction. All I want you to do is to help me open a non-residential domiciliary transit bank account in your name so that we will pay the money into the account after retrieving it from the security company and subsequently transferring it to your country for investment. The money for opening of the account is still yours and can be withdrawn after opening the account.

Please be more specific on your traveling itinerary so that I will know when I will be expecting you and also to know when to fix an appointment with the security company. I will want you to get the visa before the week runs out and be in Accra Ghana on the coming Monday

I await your response.

Regards,Idris Kabila.

Dear Idris,
I'll writte very short, because I must go for a while to get the airplane ticket for my meeting with the MObutu guy in 2 days. The telephone number I gave to you is the only sure one, and I spend allmost all the day there. Just call XXXXXXX, ask for Louisie, and say that you are Idris from Ghana, say the password "I-Dee-Gah-Mee-Sou", so you'll be connected immidiatelly to me and not to be put on hold.
This afternoon I'll be sending you my photo, don't you worry my friend, allthough I'd feel safer if  you send me your photo as well!
I am leaving now, I'll be waiting for your call or mail soon.
Thanks, Nash.

I just spoke to my friend Lui and  at the end of our conversation
I asked if Idris from Ghana called. Anyway the confusion was big
but unfortunately he did not get the fuck you message from
Idris. I explained this time to let L know what to expect, and just to let
the guy wait. International calls are never cheap....

Dear Idris,
First, I must tell you how sorry I am because of the stupid
Louisie. One can not expect much from a secretary, never mind
she has the diploma. Lately she had saome problems with
the Tyroid thing and, apart from hitting her to the voice (she
sounds like 79 year old drunk Opera barriton singer) her mind is
not as good as she was....When I came out I asked if there were
calls for me, she said that the Maniac called again (Her Ex
boyfriend), but she could not hear him well, and she could not
understand how he changed his voice. This thing woke my
suspicions, and I asked L. if he said he was Idris from Ghana.
She said yes, she thinks so. -Did he say the password, I asked,
and she said NO. My friend, If you just said the password, she
would have understood....
Please call again, my friend.

I'll send you again my mail I sent to you before, because you

Here's my previous mail:

Please tell me just if you are angry with me because of Loisies
mistake, if so, because she stopped the chance of a lifetime
I got from you, I am thinking to fire her. She made other mistakes
before, and people get confused when they hear a woman
with a voice like her's. Many people think she's a transvestit
and it makes many people uneasy. If you say you are angry
she goes! Please give another trie in the morning. Afternoon
I am going to meet the guy, so I am not going to be here
Also I must tell you I got few other mail messages from
different people, askin for help, on offerin money. I am
confused and do not know what to think. I even lied and wrote
some crazy stuff to one girl, like I want her to marry me!
I must tell you that I do not trust women in business, and
I decided to laugh, may be I made a mistake...

Please do not be angry, I want to help you, and to make that
money, because I want to buy a house.

Looking forward to your call, Nash

Dear friend,

This mail may be a surprise to you because you did not give me the permission to do so and neither do you know me but before I tell you about myself I want you to please forgive me for sending the mail without your permission.

My name is Sarah Adidi Guei, 24 years old and the daughter of the late military ruler of Ivory-Coast ( Retired Brigadier General Robert Guei) who was killed in a political crisis which led to war in my country(Ivory-Coast)some weeks ago.My father, mother and two junior brothers were killed by some soldiers believed to be loyal to the government because of my father's objection to some certain policies of the present government. I was lucky to have escaped with a brother who is the last child of the family that night because we were visiting a family friend in another city far away from our home.

I have to go into hiding with my junior brother for some days before arrangements were made for us to leave Ivory-Coast for the Republic of Togo on the invitation of President Eyadema of Togo who granted us political assylum.

Before we left for Togo,I visited our home where my mother and my two junior ones were killed in our village and during the search for some documents in my father's room came accross some vital documents and the keys to a secret vault in the house.I took the keys and went down to where the vault is and there I discovered two metal boxes which were carefully hidden. With the aide of the documents I was able to open the boxes only to find out that the boxes were full of money in hundred dollar bills. I could not count the money because I was very shock to see it and again it is too much for me to count but the documents that I discovered in his room which led me to the boxes put the money at $10,000,000:00(ten million dollars).

I locked it back carefully and arranged for the boxes to be moved with me through the help of some family friends to Abidjan the capital city where I deposited the boxes with a security company for safe-keeping.I did not declare the content of the boxes to the security company,I only declare it as family valuables.

When the African leaders came to Ivory-Coast and President Eyadema invited us to go to the Republic of Togo where I now live with my junior one.I cannot leave the money there in Abidjan so I am making arrangements to move the boxes to Togo where I now live and have the money transfered by bank abroad.

This has been my reason for contacting you.

I would have given you my telephone number so that you can call me in order to discuss the issue better but I'm afraid to do so because we have too many people around us who I would not want to know of the money but I have a laptop with me all the time and I think it will be better to communicate by Internet untill we can make proper and solid arrangements about how to move the money.

I wish to meet with you if you can make a trip to The Republic of Togo or Ivory-Coast,then we can meet secretly before we go ahead for the transaction.Never mind about your expenditure it will be taken care of though I may not be able to send some money to you right now but I will pay it back if you can do it and not only that,I am ready to offer 30% of the money to you for this assistance. It is not that I am paying you but for your assistance which I shall really appreciate.

Please I wish that this assistance be treated highly confidential.

Waiting to read your response about the proposal soonext.

Thanks.

Sarah Guei.
